brpstrong Overview /strong /pp An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced strong MEP Project Manager /strong to join a leading General Contractor delivering multiple hyperscale Data Centre projects across the Milan region.
/pp With several live projects currently under construction, they are looking to strengthen their on-site delivery team with experienced Data Centre professionals capable of managing complex MEP packages from design through to execution.
/p pstrong Your Responsibilities /strong /pulli Lead the delivery of MEP packages on large-scale Data Centre construction projects.
/lili Coordinate design teams, construction teams and subcontractors.
/lili Manage procurement, technical coordination and programme delivery.




/lili Drive look-ahead planning and improve site productivity.
/lili Resolve design clashes and technical issues.
/lili Monitor construction progress and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality.
/lili Work closely with project stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.
/li /ul pstrong Your Requirements /strong /pulli Previous experience as an MEP Project Manager on Data Centre projects.
/lili At least one completed Data Centre project.
/lili Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
/lili Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
/lili Able to manage projects from design through construction.
/lili Fluent Italian and good English.
/lili Available to work full-time on site in Milan.
