We attract ambitious individuals who operate in unique ways while upholding exceptional craftsmanship and excellence. /p h3JOB MISSION /h3 pThe Product Industrialization Specialist is responsible for championing the quality of woven, knitwear and jersey garments. /p pThe resource will be reporting to the Production Director and work closely to the Design team, Product Development team, Production team and external vendors to ensure that Thom Browne high quality standards are met. /p h3THE ROLE /h3 ul liDefine the industrialization processes for all Mens and Womens RTW garments. /li liParticipate actively in all Woven, Knitwear Jersey production fittings with Design and Product Development. /li liGive instruction and fitting notes to vendors about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product. /li liRequest pre-production samples to vendors, if needed. Carry out quality assessments of pre-production samples, eliminate any defects and report the issue to the Production department and vendors at the earliest. /li liEnsuring absolute consistency between the approved sample and bulk production.
/li liCarry out factory and suppliers’ quality controls and check the planning production delivery, interacting with production and vendors. /li liPrepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records. /li liRegister all quality reports in the company system. /li /ul h3SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liStrong experience (minimum 10 years) in Ready to Wear Product Industrialization and Quality Control. /li liExperience within the luxury production environment is a must. /li liAdvanced knowledge of structured fabrics, wools, canvases, interlinings, reinforcements, and internal construction techniques. /li liAble to perform autonomously quality control analysis. /li liMotivated self-starter with very strong attention to detail. /li liExcellent communicator; highly organized with time management skills and an appropriate sense of urgency. /li liAbility to work in a team environment, build trusted relationships with internal teams and vendors. /li liAbility to be flexible and adaptable to a changing work environment. /li liAvailable to travel frequently within Italy, and Europe when needed. /li liGood knowledge of English language. /li liProficiency in Excel and PLM systems. /li /ul h3WHAT WE OFFER YOU /h3 ul liHighly competitive pay /li liCompany uniform /li liEmployee Discounts /li liDiverse and inclusive working environment /li liCareer progression and development programs /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
