and ensuring consistent messaging in critical situations /li /ul h3Your Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or a related field /li liPrevious years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate or agency environment /li liExperience in executive communications or communications advisory to senior leadership /li liDemonstrated ability to design communication programs or formats for organizational change /li liStrong knowledge of internal communication strategies, tools and best practice, with proven background in working with intranet platforms /li liSolid understanding of media relations, including handling press enquiries, producing press materials and managing corporate reputation /li liProficiency in content creation and storytelling for multiple channels, such as intranet, newsletters or press releases, in line with corporate branding and with the ability to ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communications /li liFluency in German and English, knowledge of Italian is a plus /li /ul h3OUR COMMITMENT /h3 ul liInnovative work environment in a young,
