The role combines production quality leadership, supplier quality oversight, preventive quality assurance, and team management to ensure product excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across the value chain. /p pLocation: Valenza or Milan, Italy. /p h3Production Quality Management /h3 ul liLead quality activities across internal and external operations to ensure products meet Tiffany Co. standards and applicable legal requirements. /li liOversee local inspection and control activities, ensuring effective execution and alignment with operational turn‑time expectations. /li liMonitor quality performance through audits, KPIs, and reporting, and define improvement priorities to reduce defects and strengthen process consistency. /li liContinuously review quality controls and operating practices to improve reliability, efficiency, and product conformity. /li /ul h3Supplier Quality Preventive Assurance /h3 ul liLead supplier quality oversight, including supplier evaluations, audits, process reviews, and performance improvement actions. /li liEnsure robust management of supplier CAPA and follow‑up of non‑conformities through sustainable corrective actions.



/li liDrive preventive quality assurance by assessing risks upstream across supplier capability, production readiness, specifications, and testing methods. /li liSupport root cause analysis and broader quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with global and cross‑functional teams. /li /ul h3Team Leadership Cross‑Functional Partnership /h3 ul liLead and develop a team of 8 employees, setting clear priorities and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. /li liSupport recruitment, coaching, and capability building to strengthen team performance and engagement. /li liAct as a key quality partner to cross‑functional stakeholders, including product development, manufacturing, and suppliers, to ensure quality requirements are realistic, measurable, and sustainable in production. /li liContribute to new product readiness by identifying quality risks early and supporting robust industrialization. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEngineering degree or Master degree in quality/manufacturing or equivalent. /li liMin 8 years of experience in production quality, supplier quality or a similar role. /li liExperience within a luxury/jewelry goods or high‑value manufacturing environment. /li liFluent in English Italian/French (preferred plus). /li liAnalytical and strong problem‑solving skills. /li liAbility to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities. /li liAbility to build effective partnerships with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
