/p /brh3Primary Objective /h3 /brpThe Technical Service Specialist is responsible for performing planned maintenance activities, hardware and software upgrades (TSBs), providing backup first-line (Level 1) service, and supporting instrument installations and deinstallations.
/p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliProvide first-line technical service to Abbott Ambassadors (service interventions requiring less than 4 hours of labor) /li /brliSchedule and perform planned maintenance (PM) activities /li /brliExecute hardware and software upgrades (Technical Service Bulletins – TSBs) /li /brliSupport instrument installations and deinstallations /li /brliContribute to achieving customer satisfaction (NPS),
service KPIs, and the district's economic growth and profitability /li /br /ul /brh3Education /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's / Engineering degree in medical, electrical, mechanical engineering or medical technology preferred or equivalent experience required /li /brliExcellent communication and problem-solving skills /li /brliStrong experience using analytical tools and technical software /li /br /ul /brh3Impact of the Role /h3 /brpThis position plays a key role in ensuring instrument reliability, service quality, and customer satisfaction through effective maintenance, upgrades, and technical support activities.
