Respond to customer inquiries via remote or on-site visits to escalate to local engineers as needed




Maintain deep knowledge of the diagnostic hardware product line, including specifications and common issues
Monitor support metrics to identify trends and opportunities for service efficiency and cost improvements
ResponsabilitàMinimum 3 years of experience xysqume in technical support for hardware systems in diagnostics or medical devices
Strong understanding of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic hardware
Excellent problem?solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex hardware issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
