/lili Support the development of sales techniques of associates, ensuring high levels of sales and service are used to maximise sales.
/lili Demonstrate sales leadership to staff by playing an active role on the sales floor.
/lili Work with the Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager to identify marketing opportunities to support sales.

/lili Manage customer database and use information to increase sales and customer contact.
/lili Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
