YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESManage the lifecycle of laboratory equipment, ensuring proper registration, traceability, and documentation
Maintain equipment records and monitor maintenance, calibration, and inspection activities
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, and repairs with internal stakeholders and external service providers
Perform regular equipment checks to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Support the procurement, installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of laboratory equipment
Drive continuous improvements in equipment management and maintenance processes
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSTechnical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field
Experience in the maintenance and management of laboratory equipment and technical systems
Knowledge of calibration processes and quality standards (e.g., ISO ***** or similar)
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings
Experience working with external suppliers and service providers




Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
Valid Category B driving licence
Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fluent in English and German or English and Italian
