In this role, you will be responsible for supporting retail expansion and store development projects, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development activities.

/p p(Ref: KK***** - Please include this when making any enquiries.) /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport retail expansion and store development projects for clients /li liBuild and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients /li liConduct market research and identify suitable business opportunities /li liCoordinate with landlords, retailers, and other stakeholders throughout project execution /li liAttend regular client meetings and site visits /li liSupport business development and sales activities /li liAssist in preparing proposals, reports,



and presentations /li liContribute to team targets and project delivery /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience in sales, consulting, retail, real estate, or a customer-facing business environment /li liStrong communication and relationship?building skills /li liCommercially minded with an interest in retail and store development /li liProactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively /li liComfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment /li liBusiness-level English required; additional European language skills would be advantageous /li liWillingness to attend frequent client meetings and visits /li /ul h3Conditions /h3 ul liJob Type: 1-year fixed-term contract with the expectation of becoming permanent /li liWorking Hours: 9:*****:15 from Monday to Friday (75-minute lunch break) /li liBenefits: travel expenses paid, lunch vouchers (€8 per day), company pension scheme, additional company holidays around certain public holiday periods /li /ul pbAll applicants for the Commercial Real Estate Consultant must have the right to work in the country without any restrictions as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
