For a structured and historic company in the transport sector, specialized in railway maintenance management services, we are looking for: RAILWAY ELECTROMECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS The specialized figure possesses the skills of an electrician and basic electronic skills.
This means they are capable of performing repair and replacement operations of electronic parts, with particular attention to the use of tools for vehicle diagnosis.
Specifically, they must be able to diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults and malfunctions and perform the necessary interventions to restore the functionality of worn, faulty, or malfunctioning components.
What will you be doing?
The resource, coordinated by the Depot Manager, will specifically deal with: Verifying the train's condition upon arrival at the depot Identifying faults and malfunctions, reading and interpreting electrical diagrams; Performing electrical/electronic diagnosis of company vehicles also through the use of diagnostic tools (multimeters, software, on-board diagnostics); Repairing electrical and electronic faults; Intervening on the vehicle's control units; Performing verification and testing activities of the repairs carried out; Assembling, installing, and testing electrical and electronic systems; Carrying out routine maintenance and overhaul activities for company vehicles; Technical and instrumental diagnosis of the vehicle's electromechanical parts.
Do you have these skills and characteristics?




High school diploma (mandatory), preferably Technical Expert (Electrical/Electronic, IT, or Mechanical) Approximately 3 years of experience in maintenance activities, preferably gained in the railway sector.
If the experience gained is in the railway sector, it is preferable to have ANSF – National Railway Safety Agency – certifications to operate on the train's safety components.
Knowledge of technical drawing; Propensity for problem-solving and a strong spirit of initiative; Good team-building skills.
Good knowledge of the Italian language, spoken and written Working hours : 3 SHIFTS AND CONTINUOUS CYCLE Contractual Offer : fixed-term temporary employment for 12 months / indefinite-term temporary employment contract (Staff Leasing) Applicable CCNL : CCNL Autoferrotranvieri The expected remuneration is between € 25,000 and € 38,100 gross annually, defined based on the contractual classification, expected duties, and characteristics of the position.
