brp SHAPE THE FUTURE WITH US /p p We offer you a motivating environment with exciting projects and would appreciate to welcome you in our team as a: /p pbu Senior /u /bbu Lead /u /bbu Semiconductor Analog - Reliability Quality Engineer /u /b /ppb Location: /b Cornaredo (Milan), ITALY /p pb Role Summary /b /pp The Product Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability and automotive quality of APMS Analog products, with a focus on new products and product transfers.
The role supports qualification planning and execution, test board definition and debug, data analysis, failure investigation, and final reliability reporting in compliance with client procedures and customer requirements.
/p pbu Tasks / Responsibilities: /u /b /pulli Define and manage product reliability qualification plans.
/lili Collaborate with design, application, and product engineering teams on test board definition and debug.
/lili Coordinate and monitor reliability tests, including internal and external activities.
/lili Analyze qualification data, drift trends, and test results.
/lili Support failure analysis and root cause investigations.
/lili Prepare reliability reports and qualification status updates.
/lili Support burn-in activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
/lili Contribute to automotive quality and reliability compliance.
/li /ul pbu Skills Required: /u /b /pulli Graduate in Electronics or Materials /lili Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in semiconductors /lili Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
/lili Knowledge of electronic component reliability and qualification testing.
/lili Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
/lili Ability to work in a matrix organization and interact with cross-functional teams.
/lili Good communication skills.
/lili English required; Italian preferred.
/lili Team and services-oriented spirit /li /ul pb Preferred Experience /b /pulli Experience in automotive quality and reliability.
/lili Familiarity with reliability tests such as HTOL, HTRB, THB, ELFR, PTC, and Short Circuit.
/lili Knowledge of reliability tracking and analysis tools is a plus.
