responsible for ensuring effective integration between global strategy and local execution.The role aims to:optimize the time-to-market of commercial initiativesstructure and govern communication flows between HQ and marketsensure the effective cascade of global marketing guidelines into excellent local execution programsThis is a pivotal position within the Global Marketing Excellence model, playing a key role in enabling a "one company approach" across global brand teams, marketing excellence, and local trade marketing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Process ManagementLead and structure the marketing planning process (global commercial initiatives, / OB cycle / NPD launches) ensuring cross-functional alignment.Define clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables for global and local initiativesMonitor project progress, proactively identifying bottlenecks and risksImplement tools and methodologies to improve project management efficiency and execution qualityHQ–Markets Communication OrchestrationAct as the primary interface between Global Marketing, Trade Marketing, and local marketsDesign and manage a clear, structured,
