/b /p pWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic bRD Officer /b to join our Research Development team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or young professional passionate about innovation in cosmetics, healthcare products,



and medical devices.
/p pThe successful candidate will support the development of new products from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
/p h3Key activities /h3 ul liSupport the formulation and development of cosmetic and medical device products.
/li liConduct laboratory trials, prototype preparation, and product evaluations.
/li liAssist in the execution and documentation of stability, compatibility, and performance testing.
/li liMaintain accurate laboratory records and prepare technical reports.
/li liCollaborate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
/li liSupport product transfer activities from laboratory scale to industrial production.
/li liParticipate in competitive benchmarking and ingredient research.
/li liAssist in the preparation of technical documentation and product specifications.
/li liContribute to innovation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy.
Related scientific discipline.
/li liBasic knowledge of cosmetic formulation principles.
/li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liPrevious internship or 0-2 years of experience in RD, formulation, laboratory testing, or product development is preferred.




/li liExperience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consumer healthcare products is a plus.
/li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liUnderstanding of laboratory practices and analytical testing.
/li liFamiliarity with cosmetic and/or medical device regulations is an advantage.
/li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
/li liAbility to analyze and interpret technical data.
/li liEnglish proficiency (written and spoken).
