Purpose of the job
The General Services & Admin Support manages a multitude of tasks related to general services and team assistance.
The person will perform clerical services, logistical support, and other related duties in accordance with day-to-day requirements.
Summary of responsibilities
Performing basic and general clerical tasks (reception, email and post correspondence, phone calls, record keeping).
Managing relationships with the cleaning company (e.g., organising ordinary and extraordinary interventions).
Ordering and organising welcome kits and gadgets for new hires and events.




Ensuring meeting rooms are ready for use and fully equipped.
Ensuring the functioning of vending machines and dealing with the vendors.
Storing and distributing stationery and stocks of office.
May act as courier in the pickup and delivery of documents, materials, equipment, supplies.
Support expats with their relocation requirements (housing, documentation, etc.).
Arrange travels (hotel bookings, flights) as requested.
Assisting in the organisation of different company events.
