ppWe are looking for a Secondary Distribution Warehouse Coordinator to join our Logistics team on a 12-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover.
This position is based at our Legnano (Milan) office and offers the opportunity to develop skills in logistics and warehouse management while coordinating a network of external warehouses located across Northern Italy.
The successful candidate will work closely with logistics service providers to ensure high standards of safety, quality, service, and operational efficiency.
/p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liSupport the supervision of the daily activities of warehouse providers, including shipments, quality, productivity, and space management.
/li liMonitor service provider performance through KPI tracking and reporting.
/li liSupport the management of day-to-day operational issues, ensuring service continuity.
/li liParticipate in regular reviews with logistics providers to analyze performance and define improvement actions.
/li liCollaborate in assessing manpower, space, and equipment requirements.
/li liSupport activities related to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
/li liAssist in the management of operational incidents and the monitoring of corrective actions.
/li liPromote and support the company's culture of health, safety, and sustainability.
/li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liDegree in Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or another technical discipline,



or equivalent work experience /li liMinimum professional experience (1–3 years) /li liCandidates with experience in logistics, customer service, customer operations, or similar environments, involving operational process management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, will be positively considered.
/li liStrong problem?solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
/li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications /li liKnowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is considered a plus.
/li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
/li liGood organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
/li liExcellent command of the English language.
