The Opportunity As M&A; Manager, you will be central to the company's growth strategy in Italy, supporting the full lifecycle of buy-side transactions, strategic investments and greenfield project evaluations. Working within a collaborative and international environment, you will help drive the acquisition of renewable energy assets, coordinate due diligence processes, build advanced financial models, and support investment decision-making at both local and global levels. This role offers significant scope, visibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on a market-leading renewable platform. Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate due diligence, structuring and negotiation across multiple M&A; opportunities * Manage internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout NBO and BO stages * Build and analyse detailed financial models and commercial assumptions * Prepare investment papers,
