Role Description

As a E-Workshop Facilitator Volunteer, you will play a key role in strengthening Manakal’s global digital presence, community engagement, and online learning experiences. This role goes beyond content support to include leadership in facilitating digital interactions, leading e-meet workshops, and helping shape meaningful engagement across an international, purpose-driven community.

Who are you?

You are a thoughtful and structured collaborator to support the development of online workshops and learning materials for workshops, training sessions, and participatory activities. This role focuses on transforming community insights and sustainability themes into clear, engaging, and facilitation-ready learning resources.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and facilitate online (e-meet) workshops, discussions,



or engagement sessions with global participants
- Contribute to lead acitivites that reflects Manakal’s mission, values, and impact
- Collaborate with the communications team on digital campaigns, initiatives, and community-building activities
- Support the development and execution of communication, content, and digital engagement strategies
- Take ownership of selected digital engagement initiatives, demonstrating leadership in planning and delivery
- Assist in growing, nurturing, and actively engaging Manakal’s global online community
- Support the communication and engagement needs of Manakal’s projects and ventures, ensuring interactive and inclusive participation experiences

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear online presentation and active listening, to engage diverse youth audiences.
- Experience in Workshops and Facilitation, with the ability to lead structured, interactive e-sessions and manage group dynamics.
- Background in Training, particularly in educational or youth-focused settings, to design learning objectives and outcomes.
- Creativity Skills to develop participatory activities, digital resources, and innovative formats that inspire reflection and action.
- Familiarity with sustainability, climate education, or social impact topics; prior work with non-profits or youth organizations is an asset.
- Comfort using online collaboration and video-conferencing tools; ability to independently manage time and remote work responsibilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages and cross-cultural experience are beneficial.
- Minimum committment 3 months and 5hrs a weekly.
