brAllocation and Replenishment Support brSupport allocation and replenishment planning activities based on store capacity, seasonality, weekly sales, and commercial trading periods.
brSupport stock allocation activities across stores in line with range plans and business priorities.
brMaintain and update allocation parameters to reflect trading patterns and operational requirements.
brAssist with inventory optimization activities across stores and e-commerce channels.
brCoordinate with internal stakeholders regarding stock flow, delivery schedules, and operational issues.
brSupport allocation planning for new store openings or category launches occurring during the contract period.




brAssist with maintaining allocation and replenishment system accuracy and resolving stock discrepancies.
brSupport delivery tracking and escalation of operational issues where required.
brPerformance and Reporting brPrepare store and inventory analysis to support weekly trading reviews and business decision-making.
brSupport implementation of allocation plans based on trading priorities.
brMonitor stock performance and provide operational insights to management.
brAssist with analysis of slow-moving stock and support mitigation planning activities.
brProduce size and inventory analysis reports where required.
brSupport feedback sharing with Buying and Merchandising teams to assist future planning activities.
brProvide operational and analytical support as reasonably required during the fixed-term assignment.
brbrBusiness or economics-related degree preferred.
brRetail experience within stores or retail head office environments preferred.
brFashion retail experience preferred.
brAdvanced Excel and Microsoft Office capability.
brExperience with allocation, replenishment, or inventory systems preferred.
brFluent English communication skills.
