As our new Content Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating both operational and strategic content activities, ensuring alignment between goals and deliverables.
Brand Positioning and Visibility: You will develop and implement effective content strategies that strengthen the positioning, voice, and conversion potential of leading multinational brands on Amazon and other marketplaces.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: You will analyze project KPI and SEO performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement, connecting data analysis to strategic decisions.
Team and Client Collaboration: You will act as a liaison between operational teams and project management, supporting communication with clients, prioritization of tasks, and troubleshooting challenges with a proactive and consultative approach.
Knowledge Sharing and Quality Assurance: You will promote best practices and ensure high standards of delivery across content operations, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements To excel in this role, we believe you should possess the following characteristics:
Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and support both internal and client-facing relationships.




Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SEO principles, content management systems, and data analysis tools (Excel, Office Suite).
Experience with marketplace content optimization tools is a plus.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and KPIs, link data to actionable insights, and contribute to strategic recommendations.
Proven ability to manage processes independently, monitor progress, and deliver on deadlines with accuracy and consistency in a dynamic environment.
