/p h3What you'll be doing /h3 ul liDeveloping and implementing operational resilience frameworks, policies, and strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks /li liCollaborating cross-functionally to conduct risk assessments, business impact analysis,



and scenario planning to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats /li liDeveloping and implementing comprehensive business continuity and exit plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices /li liEvaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of existing resilience plans and processes, making recommendations for improvements /li liDesigning and conducting testing, training, and simulation exercises to validate the effectiveness of continuity plans and enhance organisational readiness /li liServing as liaison with regulators (primarily the ECB), external partners, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to align continuity efforts and maintain external dependencies /li liMonitoring and updating business continuity plans, regularly incorporating lessons learned from incidents and industry developments /li liLeading and coordinating response efforts during crises, guiding teams through recovery processes, and ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations /li liProviding regular reports to senior management on the status of business continuity initiatives and recommended improvements /li liMonitoring emerging risks and industry trends, adapting resilience strategies to evolving threats and business needs /li /ul h3What you'll need /h3 ul liA bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, or related field /li li4–6 years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within the financial industry /li liA solid understanding of regulatory requirements (primarily DORA), industry standards, and best practices related to operational resilience and continuity planning /li liExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills /li liImpeccable communication, deal-making, and stakeholder management skills /li liProficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for risk assessment, resilience, and continuity planning /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
