Mandate
Your primary objective is to acquire and retain customer business by delivering leading IT solutions for key healthcare projects.
As an IT Systems Lead Engineer, you act as a key driver in designing integrated solutions, with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and serve as a subject matter expert.
You collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure end?to?end delivery success and drive the development of IT standards and scalable solutions across EMEA.
You also act as a trusted advisor, guiding colleagues and projects on IT?related topics.

Tender & Pre?Sales & Concept/Solutioning & Design:
Lead technical discovery with the customer and KN project team, including the development of solution options.
Define high?level architecture/NFRs, sizing, SCT, ROM/DFE estimates, risks/assumptions, and delivery wave plans for bids and RFPs.
Review and validate automation concepts and solutions.
Delivery: Accountable for build, configuration, integration, testing, performance assurance, data readiness, stable environments, as well as cut?over planning and hypercare stabilization.
Operations: Ensure operational readiness,



including documentation/runbooks and knowledge transfer; provide L3 support and actively drive problem management.
Standardization & Governance: Lead continental and/or global IT standardization initiatives and teams, creating reusable patterns, reference designs, IaC/configuration baselines, and runbooks.

Experience on IT related HC specifics such as CSV & HC QM requirements
