/ppWe are seeking a motivated bSenior Procurement Specialist /b to join our EPC business, based in Milan.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the successful delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects by managing procurement and logistics activities throughout the project lifecycle.
/ppAs Senior Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely sourcing of materials and services, supplier performance management, contract compliance, and efficient coordination of logistics activities.
Working closely with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Finance, and external partners, you will help ensure that project requirements are met safely, efficiently, and within schedule.
/ph3Your role will encompass: /h3ulliManaging procurement activities for EPC renewable energy projects,



ensuring alignment with project priorities, budgets, and construction schedules.
/liliLeading supplier engagement activities, including RFQs, quotation analysis, commercial evaluations, and contract execution.
/liliMonitoring supplier performance, delivery commitments, and compliance with project quality and commercial requirements.
/liliActing as the main procurement partner for Project Directors and Project Managers, providing visibility on procurement status, risks, and mitigation actions.
/liliCoordinating procurement activities with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Construction, Finance, Quality, Legal, and the central Procurement function.
/liliOverseeing logistics and material deliveries to project sites, ensuring efficient and timely material flow throughout project execution.
/liliSupporting EPC tendering activities through supplier sourcing, commercial input, and market intelligence.
/liliMaintaining procurement documentation, contract records, and reporting in line with internal procedures and project governance standards.
/liliIdentifying opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, mitigate procurement risks, and optimize project outcomes.
/li /ulh3What you bring to the role: /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
/lili4-6 years of procurement, logistics,



or supply chain experience within EPC, construction, industrial, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
/liliStrong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations.
/liliExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
/liliStrong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
/liliExcellent organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
/liliProficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
/liliExcellent communication skills in both Italian and English.
/li /ulh3Nice to have: /h3ulliExperience supporting renewable energy or EPC projects.
/liliFamiliarity with multi-project environments and complex supply chains.
/liliExperience coordinating international shipments and logistics operations.
/liliKnowledge of bonded warehouses, customs procedures, and import/export documentation.
