/ppJob Reference # BR /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliTake an active role in the execution of MA deals by preparing marketing documents and business plans, setting up data rooms, managing due diligence QA, and working with senior team members on all activities needed to reach signing and closing.
/liliDevelop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options and perform company valuations.
/liliGenerate new ideas and creative approaches to push the business forward.
/liliIdentify and meet client needs, coordinating and working alongside senior colleagues and investors.
/liliSpot problems, generate options and recommend solutions.
/liliManage and support development of interns.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli1–2 years of experience in MA advisory with direct exposure to both origination and execution workstreams.
/liliDeep understanding of and proactive contribution in the various phases of an MA process: preparation of marketing material (teasers, information memorandum, business plans), due diligence activities (QA, expert sessions, management presentations),



and negotiation of legal documents (SPA, SHA) to signing and closing.
/liliSolid financial analysis skills with thorough knowledge of Italian accounting and corporate valuation methodologies (e.g., trading and transaction multiples, discounted cash flow, LBO model).
/liliHands?on experience producing effective, clear and persuasive presentation material to be shared with clients and counterparties.
/liliProficiency in the use of AI?powered tools to improve efficiency and quality of MA processes.
/liliAdvanced reasoning, multitasking and problem?solving skills.
/liliProven ability to coordinate, motivate and train junior resources.
/liliTeam spirit and collaborative approach.
/liliItalian native; fluency in English.
