Axpo Italia is looking for a Ss LNG Commercial Operator to join the Origination department at its Genoa office. The role will involve managing the full deal lifecycle and the technical aspects of LNG Bunkering and GU-CD operations.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Manage and facilitate Compatibility studies for StS and Shore to Ship Operation, including vetting procedures

Analyse feasibility and timing of GU-CD, Bunkering and Transshipment Operations

Ensure accurate contract management records (nominations, customs, vessel documentation, credit documentation, invoicing, PDAs/FDAs, Bunker Delivery Notices, Bills of Lading and demurrage claims

Timely appointment of Shipping agents, Customs agents and Independent surveyors

Cooperate with the Trading and Scheduling teams for the management of the vessels and full deal life cycle

Accurately capture, record, maintain and reconcile internal trading and shipping systems data for LNG volumes, Load/discharge dates and accounting requirements

Review contracts, GTCs from an Operational perspective and draft internal/external confirmation notices

Liaise closely with Ship Owners and external Operational teams on all technical matters

Actively participate in JPO meetings to facilitate efficient delivery of the bunkering operation

Support the design and continuous improvement of bunkering operational procedures (manuals, checklists, HAZID/HAZOP documentation)

Review LNG quality specifications at load/discharge ports, to ensure they are in line with contractual obligations

Requirements





At least 3-5 years of experience working with LNG vessels and LNG Bunker vessels

Profound knowledge of the marine world and its procedural aspects, including a strong technical background on STS compatibility process

Knowledge of technical LNG transfer system

ELVIS, ENDUR, SAP knowledge a plus

Team player, perseverant, good people network

Ability to multi-task and capable of working independently in a fast-paced team environment

Detail-oriented and keen attention to accuracy

Strong problem-solving, conceptual and communication skills

English (fluent),Italian (fluent), any other language is a plus

RAL compresa tra euro 35.000 ed euro 45.000. In base agli elementi curriculari che emergeranno durante la fase selettiva, sempre sulla base di criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere, verrà individuata la retribuzione specifica da offrire al candidato.
