/p pTo strengthen our Sales Team, we're looking for a Seeds Product Manager following South Italy Area.
/p h3The role /h3 pReporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product management activities for the Southern Italy and developing, at a national level, the p.m. activities for brassicas and determinate tomato crops.
/p h3Main responsibilities /h3 h3Portfolio Management /h3 ul liAnalyze market trends, grower needs, and competitor products to optimize the local portfolio.
/li liManage and improve the local product portfolio, ensuring alignment with global crop strategy.
/li liContribute to gather relevant data and information for the PMC update.
/li /ul h3Product Development Operation /h3 ul liLead and manage Product Developers assigned to the crop/area.
/li liPlan and evaluate key trials in collaboration with Product Developers (PDs) and ensure effective execution.
/li liLead the country joint trials visit involving all the relevant stakeholders /li /ul h3Sales Business Support /h3 ul liSupport the achievement of commercial targets in close collaboration with the sales team.
/li liLeverage local trial outcomes to refine product positioning, pricing, and support relevant promotional activities in alignment with global crop guidelines.
/li liPlan and execute country New Product Introductions (NPIs).
/li liProvide technical support to key producers and the sales team,



assisting in resolving customer complaints from a technical standpoint.
/li /ul h3Required skills /h3 ul liMandatory expertise (at least 5 years) in the seeds field and in the same job position; /li liEducation in agriculture, agronomy or related field; /li liStrong knowledge of target territory and its agricultural dynamics; /li liAble to relate both with formal referents and to small-scale growers; /li liSolid technical background.
