Drive superior client experience and clientelling to build long-term relationships with clientele
Monitor category performance and propose action plans with Merchandising to hit targets
Collaborate with VM to maintain brand image and category potential
Provide product knowledge training and market trend awareness to the team
Ensure policy compliance across the team
Actively participate in sales floor activities to support performance and customer service
