ppThe Finance Business Partner will be part of the FPA team supporting the Remote Monitoring Systems Operations Team by providing financial information, analysis, and insights to support informed decision?making and business strategy.
The role requires strong financial leadership, timely and accurate reporting, and sound commercial judgment.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the link between the FPA team and Remote Monitoring Systems management.
/li liCoordinate and participate in the forecasting and budgeting processes with Sales, Innovation and Operations leaders.
/li liReview monthly results and provide commentary on the financial performance of Remote Monitoring Systems.
/li liUse systems and data to produce analytics and KPIs.
/li liTranslate financial results from analytics and KPIs into actionable business insights.
/li liImprove understanding of costing, margin performance, and pricing.
/li liPrepare and present results to Remote Monitoring Systems management.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related education (required).
/li liMinimum eight years of experience, including at least three years in a finance, planning and analysis role (required).
/li liExperience with manufacturing and product costing/pricing (preferred).
/li liExperience in an international environment and multi?entity structure (preferred).




/li liKnowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience advantageous).
/li liKnowledge of reporting tools (Power BI is a plus).
/li liProficiency in spoken and written English and French.
/li liAbility to conduct detailed financial analysis and present performance insights.
/li liStrong financial leadership capabilities.
/li liFlexibility to participate in various projects as required.
/li liAbility to provide recommendations to improve operational and financial performance.
/li /ul pAll positions based in Quebec require proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
Functional skills in English are also required to meet the needs of our offices and clients internationally.
