ph3Cluster Groups Events Sales Executive - Six Senses Rome Milan (Based in Milan) /h3pIn this role you will manage inbound group inquiries across Milan, Rome, and Ibiza, guiding each lead from initial contact to confirmed status.
You will coordinate with on-site teams to ensure seamless handover and execution while supporting revenue growth and Six Senses' standards.
You'll build trusted relationships with clients, proposing thoughtful solutions aligned with the luxury experience.
You'll collaborate across properties to maximize cross-selling and maintain accurate forecasts using key operational tools.
/pulliLead management conversion: respond to and advance group leads to confirmed status, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to scope and position events; oversee contract process through signature and handover to on-property teams.
/liliCollaboration coordination: work with on-site teams, participate in internal calls and site inspections,



and support cross-selling across properties (Ibiza and Italian cluster).
/liliClient experience relationship building: develop strong client relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure continuity of service throughout planning and execution.
/liliLogistics reporting: coordinate venue details, AV, catering, transport; keep databases updated; manage reporting tools; support Delphi, Opera, and Microsoft Office in day-to-day operations.
/lili3–5 years of experience in group/event sales, preferably in luxury hospitality.
/liliStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
/liliFluency in English and Italian; Spanish or other languages a plus.
/liliProficiency in Opera, Delphi, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite.
/liliSolid understanding of the luxury guest journey and Six Senses values.
/liliCollaborative and detail-oriented mindset.
