ph3As part of the HR Department, HRBP Retail Team /h3 pyou will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: /p ul liAccording to HR Director and all the Area Managers participates to the National Committee to define the strategy of annual budget of payroll and people in store /li liIdentify talent needs, risks, and gaps; create and oversee execution of a plan to address using talent management tools and resources /li liFacilitate, execute and/or participate in Talent Reviews/Succession Planning roundtables for business partners, leading the entire process across the business unit/function as required /li liTranslate business unit strategy and create short and mid-term business unit specific HR initiatives in support of the business strategy for assigned clients.
/li liSupport the Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area coherent with the vision of the company /li liDefine recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and sets the proper strategy /li liMonitor "climate" on the network (identify any potential environment issue, guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas) /li liLead the communication flows between Area Managers, Stores and the HR Department /li liSupervises the respect of the existing policies and coordinates with Area Manager any disciplinary actions required /li liSupport the implementation of business unit specific development strategies.
Drives or coordinates the delivery of existing programs or development of new solutions to close gaps and build bench strength /li liEstablish the training strategy with the LD Manager and assure the cascading above all the Retail /li liDeliver and deploy the Training strategy of the company, leading and coordinating all the Learning and development initiatives /li liEmbody the Sephora values and act as Sephora Ambassador /li liPromote, implement, communicate activities,



policies regulations and standards related to occupational, health and safety issues /li liEnsure proper management of labor disputes, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances in collaboration with legal advisors, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
/li liAct as change agent /li /ul h3Who we are looking for: /h3 ul li5+ years in on-field HR roles, preferably in retail /li liFluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
/li liExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and aligned with Sephora's values.
/li liWillingness to travel for business needs.
