Experteer Overview Capgemini Invent seeks an Automotive Software Engineering Transformation Consultant to help OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers steer software-driven transformation. You will blend strategy, process optimization and engineering methodology to raise automotive software excellence. You'll lead and mentor across teams, shape transformation roadmaps and improve toolchains and testing practices. This role offers scope to impact complex automotive programs and collaborate in a multinational environment. Retribuzione / Benefits * Support compliance, assessments and certifications for ASPICE, ISO ***** and related automotive standards through gap analysis and process improvement initiatives * Drive Software-Defined Vehicle, ADAS and OTA transformation programs for automotive clients * Define and optimize software engineering, integration, validation and testing strategies across the development lifecycle * Collaborate with Software, System Engineering and Validation teams to ensure traceability and product quality * Enhance engineering toolchains, test automation frameworks and CI/CD practices * Lead workshops,
