The ideal candidate has an experimental mindset, is oriented towards rapid prototyping, and can combine traditional development skills with specific expertise in Generative AI.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop end-to-end applications (frontend, backend, and integration with AI/LLM services).
Design and implement intelligent agents, orchestrations (MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel), and RAG systems.Integrate generative AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta LLaMA, Mistral, open-source models) into enterprise applications.Collaborate with architects and data scientists to build quick prototypes and MVPs, iterate, and bring them into production.Define AI integration pipelines with databases, APIs, legacy systems,



and corporate microservices.Ensure performance, security, explainability, and monitoring of generative AI systems.Actively contribute to defining innovative business use cases (copilots, virtual assistants, automation agents).
Document solutions and share knowledge with the team, fostering an innovation-driven culture.RequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM disciplines (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend frameworks (Node.Js, .NET Core, FastAPI).
Experience with LLM APIs and AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Haystack).
Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elastic).
Good knowledge of agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technological solutions.Good command of English.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of advanced RAG techniques (vector DBs: Chroma, Weaviate, Pinecone, Databricks Vector Search).
Experience with serverless applications (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda).
Experience in DevOps/Cloud (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure/AWS).
Familiarity with AI safety practices,
