OverviewExperteer OverviewAs a Senior Project Manager in the Milan area, you drive project cost, schedule, and vendor management on construction projects.
You coordinate with general contractors and consultants, analyze milestone risks, and review costing related to capex.
You lead client meetings, monitor cost drivers, and ensure accurate cost reporting and invoicing.
You advocate for the client in disputes and oversee project close-out through to operation handover.
You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

ResponsibilitiesBusiness level Italian and English
University degree in xysqume Construction Management or related field
Experience as a Construction Project Manager in the real estate sector
Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Team attitude, self-motivated, willing to support other groups/projects
