As a bSite Budget Contract Specialist /b, you will play a critical role in negotiating and managing site agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other key contracts that support our clinical research efforts.
Your work will help drive the success of groundbreaking studies while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
/p pIn this role, you will be part of our FSPx team and work directly with one of our renowned key sponsor to advance the development of innovative, life-changing medications.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare, negotiate, and manage site agreements, confidentiality agreements, and letters of indemnification for clinical trials.
/li liEnsure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and contractual obligations.
/li liTrack, update, and maintain contract status in relevant systems, ensuring transparency and timely execution.
/li liIdentify and elevate contractual issues to management as needed.
/li liSupport the internal review, revision, and approval process of contracts before forwarding them to external parties.
/li liCollaborate with clinical study teams, legal, and project management to ensure seamless contract execution.
/li liMaintain electronic and paper contract files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
/li liAssist in the continuous improvement of departmental processes and procedures.
/li liProvide regular status updates to management and study teams.
/li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree (LLB, JD, BA, or BS) preferred; a university?level law degree is highly desirable.
/li liFortrea may consider equivalent relevant experience in lieu of educational requirements.
/li li2–4 years of experience in contract negotiation, clinical research, or a related field.
/li liStrong understanding of ICH GCP guidelines and clinical research processes.
/li liExcellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
/li liAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment.
/li liProficiency in Microsoft Office and contract tracking systems.

/li /ul pThe base salary range for this role is €35,000 – €51,00 gross per year, which may vary as per working schedule (full or part?time).
The final offer will be determined based on objective and job?related criteria such as experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibilities, in line with our internal job classification framework and the applicable collective labour agreement (CCNL).
This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as premio and benefits, in accordance with company policies.
