Your Mission:

We're looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Skin Care Global Education Department while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.
As our International Education Trainer, you will drive the effectiveness of global education initiatives by ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between International Education, subsidiaries, distributors and trainers worldwide.
Combine training delivery with strong operational excellence, supporting the creation, organization and continuous improvement of educational programs, materials and events that deliver a memorable and impactful brand experience.
What You Will Do:
International Training & Market Support
Deliver product, treatment and brand training programs across international markets
Support Train-the-Trainer initiatives and educational activities for distributors and subsidiaries
Maintain regular alignment meetings with distributor trainers and provide ongoing educational support
Participate in international training events, launches and workshops in different countries
Act as a brand ambassador during educational activities and events
Education Content Development
Create, update and continuously improve education materials, presentations, manuals, videos and learning tools
Translate technical and product information into engaging educational content
Support the development of training assets using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and graphic design tools when applicable




Ensure consistency and alignment of educational materials with brand strategy, product innovations and treatment protocols
Education Operations & Project Coordination
Coordinate the planning and organization of international education events and training programs
Manage training calendars, logistics and communication with trainers, distributors and internal stakeholders
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of educational assets
Event Management & Guest Experience
Provide physical support for the setup and breakdown of educational events
Support trainers and participants on-site, ensuring smooth event execution
Host international guests visiting the company for educational activities
Contribute to creating engaging, experiential and memorable education events
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage product orders for training activities and internal education stock
Maintain accurate records related to training activities, educational materials and operational processes
Who You Are:
Beautician diploma or similar
Previous experience in professional training, beauty, skincare or wellness industries
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
Strong presentation and communication abilities
Excellent written and verbal English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Knowledge of graphic design tools is considered a plus
Availability for international travel
Passion for skincare and education
Strong content creation and communication skills
Attention to detail and operational excellence
Project management mindset
Flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities
