/ph3In this Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) role you will: /h3ulliSpread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization; /liliEngaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers /liliManage and support process improvement projects /liliImplement and monitor KPIs /liliPromote and convey continuous improvement tools; /liliManaging continuous improvement opportunities,



addressing necessary actions; /liliSupporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management; /li /ulh3The ideal candidate has the following characteristics: /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain; /liliAt least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry.
