Senior Analyst to join the Compliance Operations team. As a Senior Analyst, you will oversee the performance and activities of the analyst team, ensuring high‐quality work, providing mentorship, and contributing to process improvements and tactical projects. You will act as an ambassador for the team in multiple forums with stakeholders as needed and report to the Team Manager.

Responsibilities Act as the primary point of escalation for complex issues and questions that analysts encounter during their day‐to‐day operations, providing timely and effective resolutions.

Review and approve escalations and decisions made by analysts, ensuring accuracy, adherence to guidelines, and company policies.

Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains within the team and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements and optimize workflows.

Represent the team in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Lead and manage tactical projects from inception to completion, coordinating with cross‐functional teams, setting project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery.

Take responsibility for delivering on special projects agreed upon by management or senior leadership, applying a strategic approach to achieve specific objectives.

Assist analysts in responding to external Requests for Information (RFIs) from clients, partners, or regulatory bodies with accurate and timely responses.

Serve as a mentor and coach for analysts,



supporting their professional growth and skill development.

Qualifications Proven experience in a similar analyst role, preferably with at least 4+ years of relevant experience.

Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent mentoring abilities and a track record of effectively guiding and coaching team members.

Proficiency in project management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Understanding of the payments landscape and processes.

Ability to continuously monitor and manage competing priorities and adjust accordingly.

Cross‐team collaboration skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Working knowledge of tools and processes to troubleshoot issues.

Ability to adapt quickly to changes, with a curious mind and a high‐performance mindset.

Experience handling audits and regulatory compliance is preferred.

Comprehensive knowledge of payment industry compliance regulations, standards, and best practices is preferred.

Experience in transaction monitoring would be a plus.

Experience Experience in dealing with regulatory requirements and participating in audits is valuable.

Responsibility to partner with Team Leaders/Managers by providing constructive feedback to identify development areas for analysts.

Effective communication skills to interact with team members, management, clients, and other stakeholders, articulating complex concepts clearly.
