From Milan, you will work with Italian and international clients on the choices that define the energy transition while helping established businesses improve performance, resilience, and value creation.
/ph3What You Will Do /h3pAs a Principal, you will be a leading transformational engagement with C-suite clients and contribute to the growth of our successful Energy Natural Resources practice in Italy.
Working closely with Partners, you will combine trusted client counsel, rigorous problem solving, commercial leadership, and people development to continue growing Oliver Wyman capabilities in the energy and utilities sectors.

/ppA strong record of leading complex strategy and transformation projects.
/ppDemonstrated commercial contribution, including identifying opportunities, shaping propositions, and supporting or leading business development.
/ppProven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing, diverse teams.
/ppOutstanding structured problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
/ppFluency in Italian and English, with the ability to work effectively in both languages.
