As Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with the founders and senior leadership team, operating as a trusted right hand across Finance, Operations, and strategic initiatives.Your day will rarely look the same twice.
One morning you might be reconciling cash flows; that afternoon, preparing a board update or helping structure a new operational process.
You'll get exposure to every corner of the business, with Finance as your primary anchor, and you'll be expected to connect the dots across all of them.We're not looking for years of experience.
We're looking for someone who is rigorous, fast on their feet, and genuinely excited about how a high?growth startup works from the inside out.What You'll DoFinance & Operations (core focus)Monitor cash flows and keep financial reports updated on a regular basisPerform accounting reconciliations across bank movements, invoices, and recordsOversee inbound and outbound invoice management,
