ppRavencourt Capital is looking for a Europe-based business development intern to originate new client relationships and close business across our private markets advisory and intelligence offerings.
This is a relationship-first, closing-focused role for someone who thrives on senior-level conversations and turns them into signed deals.

/p h3What you'll do: /h3 ul liBuild relationships with founders, investors, advisers, and senior decision-makers at conferences, industry events, and networking forums across Europe /li liIdentify credible commercial needs and convert conversations into qualified meetings - Manage a pipeline from first contact through signed engagement and initial payment /li liFollow up consistently and keep clear records of conversations and next steps /li /ul h3What you bring: /h3 ul liBased in Europe,



with flexibility to travel regularly for in-person events /li liProfessional fluency in English bplus at least two major European languages /b(French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or Portuguese) /li liB2B sales, business development, partnerships, or client-facing origination experience — or clear aptitude for it /li liConfidence with senior stakeholders, disciplined follow-up, and comfort with a fully commission-based structure /li liDiscretion handling confidential client and deal information /li /ul h3Compensation: /h3 ul liCommission-only, uncapped success-fee structure — no base salary or retainer /li liHigher economics for opportunities you originate and close end-to-end, with terms that improve as you build a track record.
