As an SAP Gold Partner, we operate globally with offices in North America, Europe, and India, supporting more than 300 clients in their digital transformation initiatives. To strengthen our European team, we are looking for an SAP ByD/S4HPC Junior Consultant for an internship aimed at permanent employment, based at our Pesaro office.

The resource, part of our Delivery structure, will report directly to the Delivery Manager and will follow a training path aimed at acquiring vertical skills in business processes and ERP implementation.

6-months extracurricular internship aimed at permanent employment.

Work location: Pesaro (PU), with remote working opportunities after hiring.

Hours: Full-time (within legal weekly working hour limits).

Participation allowance: €600.00 gross per month.

Guided growth focused on the SAP Business Suite and business processes aimed at supporting client ERP implementation projects.

Integration into the Delivery structure to support Customer Care and assistance activities.





Responsibilities and Operational Tasks

SAP system configuration.

Business Analysis activities, ERP solution configuration, and end-user training (remote and/or with client site visits).

Drafting of deliverables and project documentation.

Managing project workflows according to client requests.

Minimum

Requirements

Education: Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering (or equivalent).

Skills: Basic knowledge of corporate financial and economic scenarios; academic or basic knowledge of ERP architecture and functionality.

Languages: Italian and excellent knowledge of English (Business Fluent). Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong motivation, business orientation, and aptitude for working in multicultural teams.

Willingness to work on international projects, mainly in Europe but potentially also globally.
