We partner with colleagues & customers while caring for consumer's health.We deliver value creation now and for the future with passion and can-do attitude.We are looking for motivated candidates for the Vigilance & Safety Officer position, ready to step up, take on challenges with determination, and make a real impact.Key activitiesProcess Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) of the Company coming from clinical trials or from the markets via affiliates or distributors (Medical Devices, In Vitro Diagnostic Devices, Food Supplements, Cosmetics, General sales). Checking data for consistency and accuracy triggering follow-up requests to local teams if needed.

Ensure recording data in the Global Safety Database (triage/acceptance, Data Entry, Quality Check,



Submission)Performing ICSRs reconciliations with relevant stakeholders.Supporting in writing or reviewing Standard Operating Procedures of the PMS System, where appropriate.Supporting the Vigilance and Safety team in general activities and/or drafting vigilance documents.Join cross functional teams where appropriate.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Scientific Disciplines (Pharmacy, CTF, or similar)Knowledge and/or experience in Pharmacovigilance requirements/obligations are welcomedPrevious knowledge of Pharmacovigilance databases is welcomed.Fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is required and knowledge of another foreign language is appreciated.Good knowledge of Microsoft office Tools.Full-time (38,5 hours per week), Monday to Friday (shorter hours on Friday) Lavoro da remoto: 10 days per month Gross Annual Salary Range: €33,000 – €35,000️ Meal vouchers: €6,00 for remote working daysOn-site Canteen.Please note that the recruitment process for this position will begin in September 2026.The search is open to candidates of all genders (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, explicit consent to the processing of personal data is required.
