For one of our clients we are looking for a Recruiting Specialist based in Rome Mission Ensure the Recruiting and Mobility services according to the business objective and priorities. Lead the recruiting activities ensuring the best match between available positions and candidate's skills and aspirations. Accountabilities 1.

Talent

Acquisition & Mobility Act as a Project Manager coordinating the whole recruiting process: define the and qualifications according to manager's needs and organizational constraints, identify the best recruiting strategy, CV screening, run individual interviews or group assessment with the support of proper assessment tools Be a point of reference for internal clients and manage the relationship with them from the recruiting planning to the hiring finalization Cooperate on improving suppliers' network by periodically reviewing contracts, scouting new suppliers and monitoring quality, cost and budget Manage the recruiting budget of reference, maximizing the initiatives results Support the internal mobility,



maintain constant contact with HR counterparts, ensure full set of information and feedback to candidates, their manager and internal/external HRDs Provide yearly mobility KPIs analysis and tracking 2.
