As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading vehicle engineering activities throughout the product development lifecycle.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while working closely with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams involved in vehicle development; Manage automotive and commercial vehicle projects from concept through industrialization; Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation; Monitor project progress, risks, costs, quality, and timing; Collaborate with Design, CAE, Testing, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and other engineering functions; Act as the primary technical interface with OEM customers and suppliers; Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance technical and leadership capabilities; Ensure compliance with automotive standards, customer requirements, and internal development processes; Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices; Your skills that will help us to get ahead:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering,



or a related discipline; Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive or commercial vehicle engineering; Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing technical projects; Strong understanding of vehicle architecture, systems integration, and product development processes; Knowledge of project management methodologies and engineering governance.

Familiarity with CAD and PLM environments; Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken. German knowledge is considered an advantage; Total compensation:
