Functieomschrijving Randstad Italia Spa is currently seeking a highly motivatedProject Financial Support Specialist for a world-leading multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

This is a strategic opportunity to join a dynamic, large-scale industrial environment. We offer an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of direct hire by the company.

Compensation: RAL 34-35K, CCNL Metalworking Industry

Workplace: Florence

Lavoro da remoto: Hybrid model available after the initial onboarding and training phase.

ResponsabilitàKey Responsibilities The successful candidate will support Project Management activities, including:

- Managing and maintaining project-related administrative documentation;

- Supporting invoicing and billing processes;

- Coordinating document management activities across different business functions;

- Requesting and managing bank guarantees required to ensure compliance with contractual obligations;

- Providing administrative support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle;

- Preparing administrative and financial reports;

- Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing project information;





- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of project progress reports and related documentation.

Functie-eisenRequirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics and Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field;

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite;

- Previous experience with SAP and/or Oracle is preferred but not essential;

- Good command ofEnglish, both written and spoken.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization;

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
