Role Description The Project Engineer will manage and deliver engineering projects related to security, IT, and associated systems for clients, ensuring technical quality and compliance with relevant standards. This full-time, on-site role in Bollington involves overseeing project planning and execution, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting client requirements, preparing technical documentation, supporting system design and installation, and conducting testing and commissioning of solutions.





The Project

Engineer will track project progress, manage risks, address technical issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders. The role also includes contributing to continuous improvement of engineering processes and maintaining strong client relationships through professional, clear communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with experience in systems design, installation, and commissioning.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage clearly with clients and stakeholders.
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification in electrical, electronic, or systems engineering is beneficial.
- Experience in security systems, IT infrastructure, or building services environments is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, and familiarity with applicable industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work safely on client sites.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to client locations as required.
