Purpose: The Professional Education & Development Specialist will support the Professional Team with internal and external trainings, Customers’ meetings and ECPs Coaching, Administrative activities.

Responsibilities Manage internal inductions for new resources and external coaching days for Eye Care practitioners Support the Professional department for ECPs virtual classrooms and presentations Support the creation of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Cooperate with Commercial Compliance, HCC and Legal to ensure an appropriate framework for educational initiatives Facilitate the invoice payment process,
