Experteer Overview As a Process Engineer at our Latina site, you will optimize Lubricant Additives production across four plants, shaping safer, greener, and more efficient operations. You'll partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to implement process improvements and new technologies. Your work blends hands‐on troubleshooting with data‐driven development to boost performance and reliability.

Retribuzione / Benefits Monitor process capability, productivity, yields, and material use to identify improvement opportunities Lead optimization of process parameters, equipment upgrades, and modifications Drive continuous improvement through digital tools and CI methodologies Support process safety initiatives, HAZOPs,



and compliance activities Assist commissioning/start-up of new equipment and validation campaigns Develop and maintain operating procedures and process documentation Share best practices across the LAB network Provide operator training on updates and procedures Contribute to plant design modifications and future investments Support DCS logic development and control strategies Responsabilità Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry 3-5 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing or engineering environment Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement Ability to analyze data and translate findings into operational improvements Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Native or fluent in Italian and English Requisiti fondamentali Permanent contract CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico Salary range: 35,000 - 46,500 Competitive benefits package International working environment * Opportunities for professional growth
