Position Overview We are looking to expand our team in Agriculture & Industrial Vehicles, seeking a Mechanical Engineer (or related field) with expertise in Noise & Vibration Harshness.

Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Vehicle Engineering or related field.

Experience of at least one year working on Noise & Vibration Harshness of vehicles.

Excellent English language skills (speaking & writing).

Strong teamwork orientation.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

High problem‐solving ability.

Employment Details Location: Modena, Italy.

Contract: Full‐time, either fixed‐term or indefinite under the Metalworkers public employment agreement. Work model is flexible, with provisions for home‐office sharing where applicable.

Compensation &

Benefits Indicative gross annual total compensation: €30,000 – €35,000, adjusted based on skills,



experience and assessment.

Potential deviations from the range for exceptionally distinctive skill sets, subject to internal approval.
