Investment Analyst – Italy (Real Estate)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join our Italian team, based in Milan. This role will focus on sourcing, analysing, and executing logistics real estate investment and development opportunities across Italy.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, evaluate, and support execution of logistics real estate acquisitions and developments
- Perform detailed financial analysis, underwriting, and cash flow modelling
- Conduct market research, comparable analysis, and site-level due diligence
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, advisors, and off-market sources
- Support negotiations and prepare internal investment documentation
- Coordinate due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors
- Contribute to investment committee materials and approval processes
- Assist with portfolio monitoring, asset strategy, and valuation exercises

Key Criteria





- Extensive real estate investment experience in Italy (4+ years)
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to independently assess investment opportunities
- Established network within the Italian real estate market (agents, brokers, investors)
- Highly target-driven and commercially motivated , with strong personal drive and ambition
- Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach

Requirements

- Proven track record in logistics/industrial real estate investment within Italy
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- Strong relationship management and business development capabilities
- Fluent Italian (native or bilingual) and professional English
