Diplomatici, an organization specializing in the design and delivery of international educational programs for high school and university students, is looking for an Interviewer to join its Digital Sales Team.

Each year, thousands of students take part in our educational and career development programs, designed to prepare them for the challenges of an increasingly global world. Joining our team means playing a key role in this mission by meeting prospective participants, assessing their motivation and potential, and guiding them through the first stage of their journey with professionalism and empathy. We are looking for motivated professionals with outstanding communication skills, a strong customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct online interviews with students interested in our international educational programs.

Assess candidates' motivation, communication skills, and suitability for participation.

Present our educational programs, grant opportunities, and admission process clearly and accurately.

Guide students throughout the interview, ensuring a professional, transparent, and positive experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admissions process.

Contribute to achieving individual and team objectives while maintaining high standards of candidate experience. Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English.





Excellent command of at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, or German.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

Ability to evaluate candidates objectively while creating a welcoming and engaging interview experience.

Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to service quality.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a goal-oriented approach.

Preferred

Qualifications

Previous experience in education, training, admissions, recruitment, or international environments.

Knowledge of additional foreign languages.

Experience working with international students or multicultural communities. Contract & Compensation

Contract type: Independent contractor agreement (Engagement Letter).

Compensation: Up to approximately €10,000 gross per year, depending on workload, weekly availability, and agreed objectives.
